So when I have a lot of thoughts, I meditate or I am in complete silence where I can observe the thoughts that I have.
At this point, I’m clear on what is dominating my mind in thoughts and then emotions because thoughts trigger emotions you can tell what thoughts you’re having by how you feel.
Then I can change them by focusing on the ones I WANT to have. Or I can create new ones by focusing on what I want or don’t want.
