Self-control

Self-control is one of the most important things we can learn, every day of our lives. Self-control is a powerful ally in directing our lives towards what we want.

Self-control can be divided into two parts. Physical (Body) Mental (Consciousness)

With physical self-control, we won’t do something we might regret in the future ( fatally attack someone, break something that is not ours, or perhaps set something on fire)

With Mental Self-Control we can immediately move towards what we want or don’t want. ( Mental Self-Control allows me to have the thoughts I want to have most of the time, including emotions )

Physical and Mental Self-Control both develop based on whether we are aware of what we are doing in the moment and whether what we are doing is consistent with us and the future we want to create.

Just by being aware of self-control and therefore the process or training that takes place every day we can improve ourselves and this brings many benefits such as:

Joy, health, clarity, vitality, strength, we not only enrich our life but also the life of those around us by setting the example of creating the world we want.

Self-reflection, self-love is actually part of self-control.

We all learn self-control every day but the moment we are aware of it, everything goes faster and better.
